GUELPH, CANADA, February 12, 2023 – Mike Ritchie, President and CEO of Arrow Off-Road and its parent company, Arrow Machine and Fabrication Group, announced two new additions to the Arrow Off-Road executive team to help fulfill the division’s long-term growth strategies.
The division has hired Aaron Henderson as its Vice President, Business Development. He brings a wealth of engineering, project management, leadership, and business development experience in the off-highway market to the role. Aaron’s focus includes driving profitability through identifying and developing strategic partnerships, collaborations, and new business opportunities that help the division capitalize on opportunities for growth and innovation.
Catriona Colleran has joined Arrow Off-Road as Vice President of Operations. She brings years of global manufacturing experience and a customer-centric approach to developing and implementing operational strategies aligned with the overall goals and objectives. With her team, she will be focusing on overseeing process optimization initiatives, evaluating and implementing new technology, and monitoring quality control measures to ensure consistent compliance with established standards and customer expectations.
