Arrow Machine and Fabrication Group Announces Executive Staff Additions to Fuel Growth Initiatives

GUELPH, CANADA, August 25, 2022 – Arrow Machine and Fabrication Group
President and CEO Mike Ritchie of Guelph, Ontario, announced two additions to its
executive team to help fuel the company’s long-term growth initiatives.

 

David Edwards has been promoted to Vice President, Change Management, a new  position at Arrow, from his role as Director of Human Resources and Culture at the company’s Steelcraft division. Mr. Edwards’ role will be project-based, focusing on adding value to all aspects of Arrow’s business and future acquisitions. His duties will include designing, developing, and implementing initiatives to increase profitability and improve processes and systems that support the company and its divisions.

Pamela McArthur has been hired as Arrow’s new Chief People and Culture Officer. Ms. McArthur will be responsible for all human resource, culture, health and safety, and wellness initiatives across Arrow and its divisions as part of the company’s new shared services model. She has a wealth of experience in human resources, training, leadership development, and culture at the executive level. Most recently, Ms. McArthur served as Vice President, Learning and Development at Creation Technologies. Mr. Edwards and Ms. McArthur will both report to Mr. Ritchie.
