Arrow Machine And Fabrication Group Announces New Executive Team Hire To Lead People And Culture Initiatives

GUELPH, CANADA, July 22, 2024—Mike Ritchie, President and CEO of Arrow Machine and Fabrication Group, announced the hiring of Stacey Kapparis, CHRP CHRL, as Arrow’s Vice President, People & Culture. Ms. Kapparis will lead and oversee the company’s human resources plans, policies, and initiatives that support Arrow’s vision and mission.

“I’m very excited to be part of the Arrow team,” says Ms. Kapparis. “The company’s philosophy around career growth aligns with my approach of helping people enjoy career fulfillment through skills development opportunities and ongoing education.”

Ms. Kapparis brings more than 25 years of human resources experience in the automotive and metalworking sectors with companies such as Magna International, Chrysler, and MATCOR Metal Fabrication. Her focus at Arrow will be to build sustainable corporate success through nurturing a solid foundation for employee relations and developing policies that align new acquisitions with the company’s corporate culture during the post-merger period.

Ms. Kapparis will report directly to Mr. Ritchie.
